Sorry do not know if this is the correct forum for this question, if not I apologise and will move it .

I was watching a programme on Netflix when suddenly a picture appeared on the right corner of the screen, I cannot seem to get rid of it now and it takes up a nearly half the screen. Can anyone help

A picture of what?
What happens when you go back to standard TV viewing?

Sorry for the delay in replying Stig.

The picture is of a random girl standing in a street of houses, the picture is not there on any other app or standard TV. Very annoying

Have you tried turning the TV off completely, switching it off at the mains for a while?
Failing this, are there any 'reset' options in the TV menus?

A similar thing happened on our Samsung the other day. We wanted to watch Episodes and had a still of The Good Wife taking up half the screen (last programme we had watched). Solved by playing a few seconds of the Good Wife and then going back to Episodes.
