You don't know about the woman in Peterborough prison who had a miscarriage and received no medical assistance (even basic pain relief) for three days then? She was not only forced to clean up the blood herself but she was left alone with the foetus.
Guess she 'deserved it' hey?
(It's actually medication there are problems getting. Medication comes round at specific times and if there are too few staff, medication doesn't get given. That's a bit of a problem if you've got something like diabetes, high blood pressure, or severe mental health problems).
