I think Ore looked a bit flat footed in parts of that routine.

C'mon Craig, I'm relying on you to actually be realistic about this!

That was a wonderful start to the final - he could have had a bit more movement around the floor when in-hold, but it was a definite improvement on the first time round and I really loved the dance. A solid 9 from me.

Ore has such a winning smile, too.

I thought Craig would pick up on Ore not pointing his toes.

At least they're all getting good stuff for judge's choice - was worried Danny would be chucked under the bus here. In past years we've had one person get their breakthrough dance and others given rubbish from week 1 to do.
I was hoping that the judges would choose Danny & Oti's QS as their choice and I'm happy that is the case. If they really wanted to be mean then they could have picked their Foxtrot which went terribly wrong on the Halloween show. I guess it would have been difficult to recreate the intricate make-up and styling from Halloween with the time allowed.

Well Darcey, you can re-watch it on BBC iPlayer.

I will be re-watching that on record.

I mean, I've had that dream, but it's a tad early.

Great start to the show, I think it will be one of the best finals dance-wise.
