Norway isn't part of the CFP, and exports fish to the EU with a tariff of 2%, which they consider perfectly workable.

Norway gets a low tariff as part of the trade agreement which includes paying into the EU and includes free movement of people.

No, that isn't true.

Norway specifically excluded its fisheries from their EEA agreement so that they wouldn't be forced to share them with other EU countries. It was one of the main reasons they voted against joining the EU in the first place.

The limited access the EU has to Norwegian waters, along with the trade in fish between the two, is entirely covered by a series of bilateral agreements.
