Winter sports coverage downhill all the way
Why do the BBC have such a schizophrenic approach when it comes to Winter Sports? Every four years the Winter Olympics comes around, and we are force fed every activity that is possible for man or woman to do on ice and snow morning, noon and night.
Yet the rest of the time we get diddly squit. Ski Sunday doesn't start until January and finishes before the end of the official season in March. What a fiasco! Discuss. |

They do a bit of stuff on the Red Button as well, usually at least one live alpine event a week, and the skeleton as well, We got some of the European championship Curling last month. But they could easily do more, considering that a lot of the events are practically giving away live professional quality coverage.

Really? Are they covering skeleton championships again this year? If so, where and when is it on 'cos there's nothing in the Sports section on teletext to indicate that is the case.
