Hi, really hope you can help.

I cannot for the life of me find a way of turning off audio description. Audio description is off, it's only happening on iplayer.

I'm using the smart TV app if that helps.

I'm also having a problem with audio description on my Sky+HD box, I have it set to off but if I'm on BBC1 SD and press the red button for text it turns the AD on. It goes off again when I exit the text service and go back to normal viewing. Only does this on BBC1 SD 101. Any ideas why?

What make of TV?
Is it running the latest software?
Is there an update available to iPlayer in your app store?
