Can anyone remind me who else greeted Claude informally at the interview?

Courtney said, "hello Claude," as he sat down. I'm not sure we saw any of the other greetings.

Perhaps the funniest interview moment ever was Stuart Baggs greeting Margaret like an old friend

It's not necessarily disrespectful. I'm guessing over the previous weeks they've possibly interacted with him a fair bit so there's at least some familiarity. There's been a couple of times that I've known one of my interviewers on a panel, and I've called them by their first name on entering the room, and one memorable occasion where my prospective boss actually told me to call him by his first name. I've also sat on interview panels and don't mind being addressed by my name, but don't call me "bud" because you don't know where I sit on the gender identity spectrum.

For better or worse, business etiquette is slowly changing. You've got schools where you address teachers by their first name, places trying to pretend they understand the "Google method" of working, or just generally trying to be cool and groovy (and are anything but) so it's hardly surprising that the younger generation are dropping things like "Sir" and "Ma'am". People are now pushed to build up a rapport and be engaging, and because you're effectively selling yourself at an interview it's no wonder people use "sales" tactics.

Claude makes great viewing in the interview episodes but it's a little unfair as he's been studying these candidates for the past 10 weeks so he has a huge advantage over the other three interviewers.

What you don't see is what goes on when the cameras aren't rolling. Do Claude and Karen have any friendly interaction with the candidates to give them the impression that when they address Claude in an interview that the do know him well enough to use his first name as they've done through the whole process?

I think there is interaction as there'll occasionally be stuff mentioned by the Karen or Claude, both in the inserts and boadroom that hasn't been seen on screen. After 10 weeks they're probably on first name terms, in private at least.
