Was just reading about Ore while he was doing his show dance and noticed wikipedia had his score of 40 up before he had even been scored

It's probably a delay to your TV. My TV can be several seconds ahead of the one in the kitchen - it's all about if you're watching HD/on Sky/on Virgin etc.

I thought they hand whatever they are going to score to the producers or whoever before they talk about the dance. Then put the paddles up to match the scores they had previously told them.

They have buttons on the judges desk to inform the producers of the scores.
