Absolutely the wrong result. In a terrible year results wise I guess I should have seen it coming. I couldn't even look at his smug face. Gutted.

In the final he was outdanced by Georgia in at least one dance imo.

Sour grapes.

What would the BBC/Producers have to gain from rigging the result? .

I think nerves got to Danny tonight. He is normally effortless when he dances but, tonight he made several noticeable errors in two out of three of his routines. Ore on the other-hand absolutely nailed it. He had two memorable showstopping routines which he performed with minimal errors and a crowd pleasing show dance. Right person won on the night (imho).

Jesus, it's like the US election all over again. The losing party shouting "RIGGED!" and the winning party being completely ungracious.

Yeah I'm disappointed that Danny & Oti didn't win tonight either. They were the standout and my favorite couple of this series.

Although well done to Ore & Joanne. They did have an amazing night of dancing.

I don't get the BBC, they have this rigged argument every year and can settle it very easily but continuing to not release results leaves the impression that somehow they dont want results released, they really should do so as a courtesy to those who voted and so we can laugh at how many votes the bottom 2 got.

How pathetic can you get. The public voted and Ore won fair and square!!! I actually split my votes - 8 to Ore and 4 to Danny so either winning would have been OK with me. But Ore really brought it tonight and deserved the win!!

I think Ore was the best overall. Louise's first dance was terrible. Danny made mistakes. None of show dances had the wow factor imo.

How can it be the wrong result? I mean, honestly, some people, they watch a show which they know is decided by a public vote and then complain when the result is not the one that they personally wanted, as though they are the final arbiters of what is right and what is wrong.

As far as I am concerned this was the right result, even though they weren't my personal first choice. I am happy with the result, and especially for Jo, who I think is absolutely lovely. Congratulations Ore and Jo.

There is no wrong result. Ore wasn't my choice but all the finalists were great and he did particularly well tonight. Good luck to him!

The right result is the one the public voted for.

It may not be the result the OP wanted but it's not the "wrong" result.

I can't understand a thread like this. How can the final be rigged for heaven's sake?

What part of "independently scrutinised" do people struggle to understand?

Ore was the best dancer tonight by far, Danny is an excellent technical dancer but tbh I can't say that I have found any of his dances mesmerising. I just don't get the feeling that he actually feels the music. Many of his dances have been too frantic and messy for me.

So a great result in the end imo even though I would have liked Claudia to have been in the final and won it.

Why use the phone to vote? I haven't voted in this series before but remembered my BBC password and got 6 votes in for Ore with no problem.

Me too. I wouldn't dream of spending my actually cash on voting

Yes, it was the wrong result. It should have been Claudia there, and she would have won

Not my winner, Danny is the true champion. But let's remember ....

KEVIN DIDN'T WIN

No Danny should not have won cos he buggered up his first dance and his last dance was not a samba.

Welcome to the grown up world, you can't always get what you want.

How did you get 6 votes in when you're only allowed 3?

Disappointed Ore won but I knew they were pushing him for the win in week 3 and they made it so obvious last week that it was a foregone conclusion. He got the best pick of dances to do on the night and was the most hyped.

I agree with others that the BBC should release the voting figures. People might believe in the BBC (ha!) but I'm definitely more dubious.
