Relley was wasted on the show. And how much better she looks than when she appeared on the show. |

The XF has some difficulties in supporting artists who can do modern R&B really well.

More likely the XF is very good at what it does...which is manipulate the public into believing false perceptions to ensure predetermined voting outcomes.

Very true, i found it so frustrating when she was on XF listening to people calling her "dated" when all the while i knew this was simply how the show choose to portray Relley!

Relley sounds good but I don't think much of her backing singers.

Best female to reach the lives this year by a country mile but was quickly sabotaged and thrown under the bus when they realised she was a potential threat.I think shes fantastic.

A lot of truth u guys said on this thread... Relley was by far, the best singer to reach the top 12, it was so sad to saw her go, but then again, black powerhouse females seem to be so underated ... Loved her version of the song, GO RELLEY

And also if you have moldable genreless acts like Matt Terry in the lineup, they will win because the ones with actual genres and styles will alienate sections of the public who don't like that sound which most definitely would've hit Relley during Natural Woman. |

it's difficult for any artist on the show that is like Relley unfortunately. I think that she would have got much further on The Voice which is more diverse than XF.
When has a Rock act that's actually not been popped up to the point of they're Rock in name only actually won one of these shows? I mean Sam this year lost to 5AM, Emily, and Honey G.

Ben was being portrayed as a rock act, although I never thought that he actually was.
I honestly don't think that I've seen a year where a Rock act hasn't lost to someone completely inferior to them. |

Ben stopped performing like a Rock act and even added warbling to his vocals on some of his performances.

Talking of rock acts Joseph Whelan was a really talented guy who was totally overlooked by XF!!
![]() By the way I can't believe that Relley lost to the people that Sam lost to either, it was totally bizarre to me that acts that were living off TOWIE storylines were beating acts that were delivering better Music performances on a Music competition. |

She looks great - from the waist up. The pants however are horrendous, and the song is damn awful. It's al rather cheesy.

It's a turkey. The fact that there's only 9 tracks on the album, and the first single taken from it is the nadir of his career thus far, suggests that the record company were so desperate to get new product out they couldn't care less whether it was any good or not.
I found Relley far more impressive on the show. |

Love her! She looks great here so natural and beautiful, and she sounds terrific! I hear a Winehouse meets Lauren Hill thing going on in her tone with a more modern twist..I hope she continues to rise above all the petty things
ps-Nessie I don't think y pm went through, yeah that's my name and I am happy you and Nate met

A marginally less absurd comparison than the Nate/Sam Cooke one, yet still simply ludicrous all the same.
