Most people I know , in real life, including me, really like him , and find him lovely with his celebrities. I do not understand the irrational vitriol against him on here.

I would like him a little better if he didnt do most of his dances as though we were still in the 50s / 60s
if he didnt kick his leg at the start of every programme wasnt so frantic and wasnt part of a clan thats taking over SCD |

I'd like to see Kevin with a partner who is not a shoe in for the final in week. I think my annoyance with him comes from all his partners being already goood dancers. He's never had to teach anyone to dance and struggle trying to choreograph a routine around the ability of his partner I like Kevin as a person but think he's had an easy strictly experience even though he's been there for a few years now.

He could choose to walk away but it would be his call.
Something about this year makes me feel he might just call time on it. I have the feeling his partnership with Louise really made a big impact on him. He seemed very emotional about the end to the series. I think he truly has made a friend for life. My gut tells me this series has been the one he has enjoyed and felt the most. After four finals in a row and this particular series it would not surprise me if he callls time. |

I think his track record deserves better than to be fired irrespective of how talented people say his partners have been but I respect your opinion.
And his partners have been glowing in their praise of him to be fair so he can't be that bad. |

I think his spirit animal, whatever that is, has already left and is running free over the horizon.

I like Kevin I don't see why he should leave if he is happy doing SCD. He comes across as a nice person to his partners and a good choreographer

Shop in not shoe. But I agree with your points.
I think he should have a duffer but I don't wish one on him out of dislike. Joanne did a great job with Scott Mills and I think it would take some pressure off him if he had someone who obviously wasn't going to the final. He could kick back and relax a bit and have some fun getting the most out of a duffer. Just ask Katya! |

Kevin's a good pro in terms of teaching and choreography. The public seem to like him (even if he can't win). His partners seem to like him. As long as he doesn't get too frantic in his dancing, usually with Karen, he can stay for 10 years.

Shrewd move, fire the pro who has performed the most consistently over the last four years (by a mile). It makes complete sense.

If he gets another potential finalist next year I will be annoyed. It's his time to have a dud so that another male celeb has the chance to go far with his partner

There has been some bias since Kevin joined the show always getting a good dancer and making the final. He's a good pro and comes across as a nice person.
