C4 did a very strange programme about dogging a few years back where participants wore animal masks and talked about why they love it.
It seems a bit grubby and seedy for me but each to their own and if it's consenting adults and no one is getting hurt, let them get on with it

I must say I thought " dogging " was the communal spectating of people having sex in a car.

I have had sex in cars a couple of times when younger and had no where else to go. It's not really that ideal, very confined and uncomfortable. One of those times was in a dogging area although I didn't know it was a dogging area at the time 😳

I, like a lot of people when young, have had sex in a car. However, the thought that someone was leering through the window watching would totally creep me out.
