I've been noticing breakup and pixilation these last few mornings however yesterday evening there was no issue. Has anybody else noticed this? Could it be Co channeling from another transmitter due to slight lift conditions?

Yes, very likely given the current weather conditions in southern and eastern England

I'd not have though cci to be a major issue in Norwich as TAC should be pretty high field strength cf any unwanted signals (from the Netherlands?). What does the digitaluk prediction for your address give for (S)erved and (M)arginally served on ch51?

However, if cci is an issue then it's often around dawn and dusk that the problem manifests; and the current weather and high pressure location (over the North Sea) would be the 'ideal' time for any problems to occur.

I cannot understand that when people lose reception their first thought is to go on a forum and ask strangers, some of whom have little grasp of technical matters, what the problem is. For heavens sake ask your neighbours first. If you share a communal aerial and their reception also is poor, ask a friend with a conventional independent one as reading these forums many communal aerials are in poor condition and need replacing. If the problems are due to atmospherics they will all have the same problem and you will have to wait until the situation clears, if their reception is OK then you have an aerial fault of some kind which unless it is something obvious like a poorly seated connector, may well need the services of a competent aerial installer to check out and probably replace your aerial.

Only posted as there are or were TV dxers on this forum and they may have received distant muxes on CH 55,or known first hand of any continental regulars on that frequency. However thanks for the first two answers.

It's better if people ask rather than make the situation worse by, for example, retuning. LIke all help forums, the same questions will keep coming up. This may be repetitive to those giving help, but that's the nature of being helpful.
