At least if he'd said "bigly" it would have been grammatically correct. And then we could make adverbs great again.

Oh he means to see the actual swearing in but told them they won't get anywhere near the front unless they go very very early. I know we have US posters here so is anyone travelling from their home state to DC? I know they said there were 2 million for Obama's and they're expecting similar numbers this time.
i can't imagine anything more horrific than being in a crowd like that

I wouldn't attend a huge event like that not even for the 'second coming'.

. There's no one there to even try and give Trump the five year old's introduction to diplomacy , international affairs, strategy, economics or science . There's also the economic posts manned by the bankers who gave us the Great Crash . And then there's Carson and Perry, the religious extremists, and a environment secretary who doesn't beieve in science.

Its not going to end well.
Didn't he say he'll make up foreign policy himself as he went along or is that another thing quoted that he never actually said?

Yeah, it is why I don't get the fascination with these music festivals, I see the people at the front, and my first thought is about needing the toilet, presumably you can't just reserve a place, and come back to it after you have been and done your business!

None of which actually know about the departments they are heading - billionaires know nothing other than how to make billions however they can, and the Generals have all been fixated on islamic fundamentalism , and share Trump's view that everyone globally should do as they order. There's no one there to even try and give Trump the five year old's introduction to diplomacy , international affairs, strategy, economics or science . Scientists are already scrambling to archive vital data in case it gets "lost" under the Trump regime:

If he messes up (as you put it) - I'm afraid criticism might not be enough. The position of POTUS involved HUGE responsibilities - he has the welfare and safety of a whole country (and to some extent a lot of the rest of the world) literally at his fingertips. All this 'give him a chance' nonsense simply isn't good enough. The likelihood of him 'messing up' is almost inevitable - it's scary to even begin to think of where it could lead.

The phrase 'loose cannon' simply isn't strong enough - I can't think of a phrase BIGLY enough to describe what he is.
Of course he will mess up, but come on now, it is not like every other President has had a blemish free term(s) have they?

It is just how we are defining messing up in regards to Trump, when put in perspective to other former Presidents.

Hillary's loss makes perfect sense after hearing this man speak.

https://youtu.be/-jjrSWCgJus

In general I have gone right off TYT but Jimmy Dore has been smashing it out of the park the last couple of months.

It really is no surprise we got President Trump when the actual issues are constantly being ignored and people are either being shouted down or demonized for not being part of the hive mind.

Stole coal jobs? What? The plan to save the environment is to replace coal with another form of energy.

The immigrants generally aren't taking jobs away from the citizens, they're doing jobs the citizens don't want to do.

His cabinet is 50 times richer than George W Bush's cabinet, and most of them have little to no political experience.
thats probably a good thing.people who are used to making money and running multi million pound businesses have the skills to manage , lead and appoint the right people.
better than some uni type who has no experience in the real world and business due to having spent all their life in politics.
political experience is over rated and common sense and business skills are more useful.

Did you even watch the video? No one accused immigrants of stealing jobs.

His cabinet is full of billionaires and generals...
You mean competent people who know how to run things successfully?

We could have had Podesta instead running the show - this being a man who sends sensitive and damaging emails via a gmail account and then complains he got hacked. Let alone his boss who forwards sensitive classified emails outside official systems thus risking national security which then end up on the laptop of a man who seduces teenage girls online.

He blames the ones who hire immigrants because they want more profit.

Not understanding your link, because the guy supposedly shreds the alt right, but the alt right will be the new administration.

Running a government is nothing like running a business. Objectives and procedures are totally different.

A business is to make a profit; a government is to provide services, defend the country and care for the people.

I dont for a minute think this will happen but considering its 2016 i'll suspend reality.

What if the electors dont vote for Trump. What happens?

Assuming no-one gets a majority it goes to the House of Representatives to decide.

The electors are all Republican and Democrat party loyalists - appointed because they can be relied on. So far one Democrat and one Republican so far has said they won't vote for Clinton and Trump so that is a net change of zero.

The chance of Trump not winning the electoral college vote is about the same as an asteroid destroying the planet tomorrow - close to zero.

And even should that unlikely scenario occur the House would pick him anyway as the Republicans have a majority in 33 of the 50 house delegations by state and each state whether it's California or Wyoming only gets one vote to pick who is President .

Trump will be inaugurated on 20 January - and it's time people just accepted that fact.

Someone needs to print off your post and put it on every Government notice board because I think they need reminding of this.

Given the 'experts' who have run the government for the last few decades have got the US into 20 trillion of debt perhaps a different approach might be worth trying.
