Really? Many of these cakes sold in corner shops, petrol stations and some coffee shops are not exactly fresh. I was in a Hospital Coffee shop run by Costa a few days ago and was most surprised to see that some of their packaged cakes and brownies had a sell-by date of sept 2017. On-line cakes are freshly made and tend to be more unusual or individual.
