Do you prefer Christmas cards or Christmas texts?
I prefer Christmas cards. They look more individual for having the message written by the person.
On a phone, all texts end up looking the same.
Sometimes we can draw sentimental value from Christmas cards, not just from people close to us, but from distinctive people we know briefly, such as through work.
It is sweet in a way when people text us individually to wish us a merry Christmas, preferably in addition to rather than instead of a card. It is just circular texts that do not name us individually that seem a bit pointless.
