We have two Sky HD+ Boxes. Both are connected to the internet.

We can receive free-to-air HD on both boxes but one box only gives us the SD option on Catch-up services whilst the other gives us SD or HD options.

It is not a question of signal strength or broadband speed; it s just that one box never provides the HD option.

Any ideas please?

There is a permanent option to download in SD only - perhaps it's been set to that?

Possibly. Any idea how to change it?

Thanks but I do not see those Options.
From SERVICES I see Radio, Accessibility, Options, Settings, Parental Control, Help, Get Sky Products & My Account.

Didn't you bother looking in those apps? Look undewr "Options" Those quoted before were for the earlier EPG on older HD boxes.

I'm very wary about those menus having inadvertently lost things before.

I have found it and fixed it now. Thank you for the guidance.
