Well this guy was living in Tunisia, not particukary nice, but hardly hell on Earth. His own brother has stated that he travelled to Europe for economic purposes to support his family. His time in Europe was, by all accounts, a long list of crime ranging from arson to knife attacks, and now allegedly mass murder.
I see no moral dilemma here. This guy should have been put on the first boat back to Tunisia the second his jail sentence in Italy ended. So he could start his jail sentence for his violent robbery conviction in Tunisia.
Does anyone actually believe that this guy was ever a genuine refugee?
And how many others like him are amongst the 100,000s who entered Europe in the last 12 months? Even the innocent Pakistani guy had a record for minor crimes. My God, as a society have we really fallen so far that minor crimes is just shrugged at like they are nothing?

Couldn't agree more. But apparently Tunisia refused to accept him back because he apparently had no ID documentation. Which is really like saying that if one of us was abroad and lost our passport, we'd be refused entry back to the UK, ad infinitum.

I'm glad for the people of Berlin and Germany that he is dead. I'm glad that the Italian policeman who was shot by him will make a recovery though sad he will be in hospital for Christmas. I'm glad that's one less terrorist in Europe though I'm sure plenty more have sneaked in.

I don't feel at all guilty to not care that a terrorist is dead. I'm more concerned that there are people more bothered about the terrorist's well being and thus pulling a Godwin in the process.

This person apparently killed a dozen people and maimed and injured others for life. He also shot a police officer when challenged.
And you expect us to show sympathy for him now he is dead. Really?
What about all his victims and their families?
What is perhaps most concerning is how he fled all the way across Germany to France and then made it into Italy without being spotted. Schengen certainly needs looking at.

shame he pulled a gun on cops at a road check and chose to deny himself any legal evaluation of his guilt.
personally i would have preferred an expensive show trial and after conviction, that he'd been used for an extensive & humiliating ad campaign targeted at the apt demographic
instead of his "martyrdom" and glamourisation.
His ISIS handler in Germany won't be shedding any tears - it's one less to worry about!

War on terror has two sides but in your eyes only one side can be innocent.
100s are dying everyday due to the lies of Tony Blair and co yet nothing done to him. We reap what we sow. Bush and Blair started this war and innocent people are paying the price and will carry on paying the price. But in your eyes as long as no one innocent in your country dies its fine.
