Brits would vote to leave the EU again.
According to a COMRES poll.
No regrets and if there was a new referendum, the result would be the same. http://uk.businessinsider.com/comres...6-12?r=US&IR=T |

Ultimately if there were another referendum right now it would again be too close to call, but leave would certainly have a good chance of winning again.
A referendum on the actual deal that is reached after the 2yr A50 period may well have a very different result, as it is almost certain to only to please a minority of the electorate. |

it was genius of ukip and the brexiters to make the phrase ' take back control ' central to the campaign.

Interesting. Seems the daily anti-Brexit threads on here are not having the desired affect then. Clearly there need to be more.

Most of the people who were too dim to recognise the pup they were being sold, are too dim to realise what we are walking in to, and that the main event is yet to happen.
That will change, and their infantile bragging of 2016 will ring very hollow indeed. |

Still waiting on Aurichie and his dozen polls saying the opposite of this one.

I think it's probably not, you know. Best start mentally preparing yourself for it.
Far better to batten down the debt hatches, pay it all off, and put oneself in the best possible situation to weather the coming storm. Some of us don't have the luxury of living off the state. |

Then why do you also write vitriolic posts announcing the doom and disaster which is about to befall us? Make your mind up. |

People seldom change their minds unless presented with clear unavoidable truth.
So no surprises. |

Well, the frontal lobotomy needed to bring us all down to Brexiters' levels of mentality isn't particularly appealing.
Far better to batten down the debt hatches, pay it all off, and put oneself in the best possible situation to weather the coming storm. Some of us don't have the luxury of living off the state. Will you think living on a pension is living off the state when you are retired, I wonder? |

I'm starting to think you are nothing but a wind up artist just like aurichie. I have seen nothing from you but petulant insults and toy throwing.
If you are serious then the Jonathan Pie rant fits you like a glove. You just don't get it and will repeat the same mistakes over and over again. Our Trevgo (at least in his own mind) has super powers which actually grow as Brexit nears. For instance, apparently those who voted Leave now have "traits" which he can recognise from a whole kilometre away. We don't know yet whether that's just his special super power or one shared by all those who seem to think they are the hero in some kind of '28 Days Later' film. As for aurichie, it wouldn't surprise me if he came back with a complete personality change, explaining that after a period of reflection he's now the world's greatest pro-Brexit supporter. Based on his record, I would find that scary. |
