It is great without Sonia. Bex is great having Martin and Stacey as parents. What is the point of Sonia now? Her family are gone and she just gets in the way. New characters plz.

I don't know. It could be one of those, or Arthur or Louie. Louise perhaps if Phil keeps threatening people about making Jay move out.

Or, on the other hand, it could be completely unrelated to her job, much like Geraldine turning up as Executive Producer of the nativity. Perhaps she'll turn up at one of Phil's AA meetings or she'll be running the new dry cleaners when the Launderette is replaced?

I want Sonia to come back with a man who has 2 kids the mum died in a car crash and Sonia is taking them under her wing.

I think EastEnders desperately needs some new characters who offer something a little different to what we already have. I like character based but you need a lot of strong characters to make it work and for me it's lacking a bit of spice in the mix. New faces freshen things up and allow for new stories.

I'd really like some returns too, but not just for the sake of it, only strong characters who offer something different or better. For me that's Kat (and if Alfie must bound along after her so be it), David Wicks, Janine or even Chrissie Watts.

Very true, and some young hipsters as the real East End is packed with them. I hope Carmel leaves in 2017, she's far and away my least fav at the moment.
