I can't say I dislike him, but I always wonder how anyone with a lisp gets a presenting job?
Because that would be discrimination? He isn't hard to understand so I don't see why anyone with a lisp can't be a presenter

Amy Williams has just tweeted she's leaving too. Not entirely a surprise given she's about to have a child, but wholesale changes in the offing perhaps?

I gave up on the show when it became clear that it was funded by Apple.

Because the producers aren't prejudiced, unlike you seem to be. Or, given that in 12 years I've never actually noticed it, perhaps he doesn't

I gave up on the show when it became clear that it was funded by Apple.
Oh for goodness sake

It does give the producers a good opportunity to adjust the format of the show.

Given there must be only so many times you can basically do the same piece about cameras or televisions, they could probably give Bentley the boot too. And there's nothing special about Otis (although I have nothing against him, seems a nice bloke) so in the end...

Just seen that. A real shame she's off actually as she's been a highlight. Much like Riley, I think she took to that style of presenting very naturally.

Personally, I don't think they'll go for major changes. I think they'll just hire some like for like replacements and carry on as normal.

I think The Gadget Show should get back to serious, intelligent, informative reviews of tech, also incorporating camera angles of breasts & upskirt of the female presenters.

To be fair the gadget show is a bit of a lame duck, probabky only kept going because of the income from the competition

Really feel it's time to let it die, the only way I coukd think of saving it would be if Suzy Perry cane back, and I can't see that happening

It was at its best when it was a half-hour format show - purely reviewing technology.

Then it started to morph into a version of Top Gear, with the challenges and what have you. However, I continued to stick with it right up until the World Tour, and then I left (as a viewer).

I don't think there's anything wrong with the current format. (And, I assume, neither do the show's producers as it hasn't changed much in years.)

As others said at the time it changed, it is better now than the studio-based links.

Plus, as has already been mentioned, they won't change it to do any more "in depth" reviews either, if that's what you're hoping for.
