Some dispute going on here.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/38383368

Bloke signs a new contract for his rugby league side but then "resigns" to join Sale in Union who now say he was fired anyway!

A big mess it seems..

the bloke from Sale was on the sports news tonight saying that the player was sacked from Castleford and was therefore a free agent.........

all seems very unclear.............

Complete farce this , he wasn't sacked he's under contract at Castleford . Solomona His agent and Sale all know this , The RFU not intrested , The RL are even worse , they should be backing Castleford not saying it's your problem because if this goes through , every RL player is at risk from this

Sometimes wonder if the RFL can sort out a pair of socks.
Perhaps they are all too busy with trying to resolve the Bradford Bulls problems to worry about one player breaking his contract (allegedly).

The RFU won't do a thing, they'll still be seeing this as pay back for all the stars league took off them when they were claiming to still be amateurs. The problem right now is that the RFL is so weak and lacking any clout that we'll see nothing done at all and it will end up in the courts where either way Castleford will end up losing out one way or another as it will cost them more money than they'll win back.
