You should just buy a crown. I always bought a whole turkey in the past and like you - the dogs had a lot of the legs. But last year I bought my first crown and I will never go back. Its cheaper for a start and all you get it that lovely breast meat. It also takes less time to cook, so less chance of drying it out.

Thai green curry.
Plus the boxing day sandwich - turkey, stuffing, sliced up pigs in blankets and bread sauce all heated in the microwave and slopped in between 2 slices of buttered bread. The messiest, tastiest sandwich of the year. |
