Gavin esler and Naga munchetty, if there is a hell then they present the news. Jo brand and Miranda Hart also would be their comedy equivalents along with Michael mcintyre

Keith Lemon- I do not under stand why people like him, Schofield, Piers Morgan, Davina Mccall, I am sure there are more
I don't like Keith either. Louis Spence annoys me too.

Carol Klein - she might be an expert gardening presenter but her terrible patronizing voice is terrible.
She's quite a grumpy old thing in the flesh too- or she used to be.

He's an instant turn off/over in this household, even if it's just a trailer. Should be confined to CITV.

I think most people would just take that for granted and not even bother mentioning it

He's actually a rather good host on Time Commanders which I wasn't expecting at all.

It really makes you wonder how some of these folk get presenting jobs in the first place, I assume they must know the right people.

Nick Knowles, with the charisma of a dead sheep, presenting a peak time BBC1 quiz
Gregg Wallace, who appears to have no knowledge of cooking, on a cooking show
I'm sure the fact Fiona Phillips was married to the producer had absolutely no influence on her mumbling and fumbling her way through GMTV

It's not a fake laugh, in fact quite the opposite: for a long time he stifled laughter in public due to being very embarrassed about it.

He's also not a c**t; that's actually a part of the female anatomy

It's quite a weird voice which she has. A mono-tone snigger! Mind you, when I've heard recordings of my own voice I sound horrendous!

On Boxing day BBC 2 are showing a programme 'The entire Universe' and it sounds quite good except it includes Brian Cox, a presenter I can't stand, so I wont be watching. Are there other presenters whose presentation style you dislike so much that despite liking the sound of a programme you would not watch?
Helen Skelton, Alesha Dixon, Denise Vam Outon, Fearne Cotton, Holly Willoughby, Rochelle Somebody or other and similar. I can't stand 'empty'/'chavvy' presenters. Puts me right off.

Phillip Schofield.

Whilst not a presenter, anything with Simon Cowell in it.
Agreed. I have no time for The Cowell. All style and no substance.

Phillip Schofield. I wanted to watch that Prince Philip programme, but just couldn't.

Ditto Holly Willoughby.

Anything that has Joe Swash in it.

Don't know about 'would' put me off watching. Dimbleby does stop me watching. Bring back Robin Day or another with sense and humour.

I met David Dimbleby a few years ago when he and his wife stayed at my Bed & Breakfast. He's really lovely and does have a great sense of humour, but I agree that he comes across very different on TV. If you were as old as I am you'd remember his father, now he definitely didn't have a sense of humour one bit. He was a pompous old oaf!

Lucy Worseley - I can't bear that twee look and not so dulcet tones. Mind you she won't mind me missing anything she appears on, she loves herself quite enough
