She isn't even good looking anymore - hard faced and miserable.

TBH non of the females are lookers in Corrie - maybe Sarah Lou but that's it.

I think it comes down to logistics. No new characters, sets, stories necessary. And with writing for one permanent character you wrote for the other one, too.

She's no candice !

Why would Aiden be so keen on her? He is rich, has a good looking girlfriend with no baggage ie kids. It beggars belief !

Not realistic in anyway

Maybe you should hone your skills and start a well informed and balanced debate rather than try to invite one with crude remarks. We are free to say and write what we like but even that has to be tempered. It may have been said in haste like most of us have done i'm sure so why not just retract it and get back to having some fun.

Liz would be up for it. It's been a while since she's had any action. I think she wants Robert to be her next conquest.

How dare you not mention the lovely Michelle.

Simple logistics plus the effort required to obtain the desired outcome which in the case of Aiden and Adam is a shag, do they make the effort to travel into the city centre to prowl the clubs and bars buying drinks her and there with no guarantee of a leg over or do they pop down the Rovers buy a couple of voddies where the required outcome is more or less a dead cert, doesn't take a genius to work out which option they would choose.

Sarah used to date characters who lived outside of the Street with Todd, Jason and Gary being the three exceptions so the cast do sometimes occasionally date away from the Street:

Jason used to put it about a bit and he never got called a "bike"?

Does slut-shaming only apply to women?

No of course not, Luke could also be classed as a bike considering the women he has bedded during his time on the street.

"Feminists", aka, those people who don't like women being talked down about for enjoying sex, when it doesn't happen to men. How dare we. You were "slammed down" because of your continuous creepy attitude towards women.

The only time a man is labelled a "bike", is when someone uses it in this context. "No not just women, that man whom no one slut shames is also a bike".

It's not so much that she sleeps around for me, that's the wrong way of phrasing it to me. It's more that it's always the same sort of sloppily written storyline that she gets with any guy going and even when she's with someone she has to be as miserable and dull as always.

I don't get what Aidan sees in her either. Leaving looks out of it, Eva is just generally a more fun person, you'd much rather be around her than mopey Maria.

Maria needs to get a revolving door on her bedroom. Adam one night, Aiden the next. poor Liam must be so confused. Though i am surprised Liam even recognises Maria as he spends more time with Kirk.

Eva is high maintenance though and very clingy.

I know, and I was surprised the other night when she asked Kirky again, if he would have Liam, and then added 'I hardly ever ask you'

I find sexism to be rather depressing. It's not something I want to see at all. Blinkered? I wish. Women face more criticism when it comes to having sex. That's just the way it is.

Do you find yourself lin a permanent state of depression? I can tell you it will play havoc with your life. It can be all consuming and end up ruling and ruining your life to such a degree it can sometimes become unbearable. You should really step back a little and don't let it get to a level where your mental health is in danger. As you said that's just the way it is. I'm not being flippant either.
