He needs to get a purpose in life and not get bored to the point that he's casually chatting to Whitney as he tries to develop his forensic questioning skills.

The sizzling J-Bauren chemistry will finally become too much to handle, will they give in to their temptations?

(The answer is "only on days ending with a Y")

The cast needs some new blood in it because there are tons of single characters at the moment but very few pairings I'd actually like to see. I think a lot of avenues have been exhausted, and family connections make it difficult.

The main two I'd like are Kush/Denise and Johnny/Steven (although at this point I'd take Johnny/Ben or Johnny/any vaguely suitable guy with a pulse, so desperate am I to see him in a relationship.)

I'd like to see Steven/Lauren and Sharon/Phil break up but mostly I like the established couples we have, particularly Mick/Linda, Donna/Vincent and Martin/Stacey. I've even found myself enjoying Ian/Jane recently.

Characters who I'd like to see find love: Donna, Shirley (or at least give her a best friend to spar with, as I don't think she necessarily needs a man to be enjoyable) Kathy, Tina and Abi. Actually, looking at that list, it's bizarre that there are so few eligible single male characters in the cast but so many single female characters.
