Why didn't she come back with Mark back in August? Michelle was needed during that storyline so for her to return months later at Christmas would be strange.

She's about 15 years too old and couldn't really pass for Pauline and Arthur's daughter
If she is coming back I imagine it's because Tim now knows that Mark isn't his and is a bit cross. Maybe it led to them splitting up.

Wasn't he already aware, thought it was said her american husband knew he wasn't the father but took him on.

Michelle was already pregnant when she left so by the time she met Tim she would've been too far gone so he obviously knows he's not the dad.

Before Kathy returned there was lots of specualations like this on here so either with her old face or a new one she's coming back.
