He has been on it for nearly a year and has killed Micheal.

Des died of his own stupidity, at the behest of that violent and bitter witch Anna.

Seeing as I'm not a fan of Phelan I'd much rather he went to Prison and if he has to return it can be in a few years time.

Yes, he chose to leave Micheal to die. He basically killed him.

For the record King Phelan did not kill Michael it was Michael's dicky ticker that did for him, and King Phelan should not be killed as he doesn't deserve to die, unlike thief Michael did what happened to Michael was karma for his criminal acts.

There's been enough murders and whodunits.... which are forgotten about within a week

Micheal wasn't perfect but Phelen scrammed people out of their money and tormented Anna.

These people aren't really bothered at losing money though, so really Phelan shouldn't be punished. And as for Anna, she continues to antagonise him over and over and only puts on the poor 'victim' act when taken to task. She is a vile piece of work herself.

But in the end Phelan got scammed too, so he is just as much a victim.

As for Anna she has been quite vile with people herself in the past, so could be said her getting burned was karma.

Tracy has been in it for 11 years, has murdered 1 person and indirectly responsible for killing 2 more but is still walking free.

Plus her family didn't pay for the kitchen Gail's last husband Joe built, smashed up his lockup and were basically responsible for his debt. Therefore meaning Anna is responsible for killing Joe McIntyre.

But by all means, Phelan needs to be locked up for 'killing' Michael, who Anna sent into the lion's den in the first place.

Some people seem to forget that Phelan has twice been the victim of violent assaults by Gary and now Andy, and since Phelan didn't actually lay a finger on Michael accusing him of killing him is way out of order to say the least.

And twice he has refused to go to the police as he is a kind and forgiving person. But no, he is still treated like the villain.

Phelan is too much of a fine upstanding citizen to resort to killing people.

The person who killed Michael was Anna Horriblis. She cack-handedly sent Michael to the housing estate - while trying to fob off Phelan

The one time it sunk in with Anna Horriblis - she stubbornly rejected it. Called him "a monster" I believe
