All in one PC HDMI problem- Lenovo
I have a Lenovo Ideacentre All in 1 PC. It has an HDMI out socket on the back which I tested yesterday with a lead to my TV. The TV didn't recognise it and I could find no option on the PC on how to display onto the TV. I tried detecting another screen in Screen properties with no luck.
There is nothing in the online manual about in so I throught I would ask on here then if no luck I will contact Lenovo to see if there is a solution.

And the make of TV. Try pushing the HDMI cable in until you feel it stop in the socket. And wiggle.

I believe some of those have an HDMI In as well as HDMI Out, so you can use it as a monitor for other things. So make sure you are connecting to the right one.

You won't necessarily see anything much on the TV, mine just de-greys the respective HDMI input icon which you obviously select on the TV.
It simply works from Windows 10(or 8.1) Notification Icon (far right on taskbar) > Project > Select from the 4 options, extend, duplicate, etc. It works with different resolutions. Click on loudspeaker icon for selecting TV sound. In my case 1 Dell monitor and 2 Sony TVs. If you have Intel HD graphics you can also use the HD Graphics Control Panel. Right click on Desktop > (Intel icon)Graphics Options/Properties > Display > Multiple Displays. There are also routes via Windows 10 settings, and Control Panel. |

Just searched the specs and found this.
3x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0,1x HDMI-out, 1x HDMI-in, 1x microphone/headphone combo Think I may need a trip to specsavers
