does anyone know where it maybe possible to get ink that is genuine for this printer cheaper than £25.00 ? been searching ebay & amazon & epson website for multi packs of 4 or more & cheapest is ebay collect from argos at 25.00 though amazon has them at 16.95 non OEM .did manage to get a box load from ebay a while back for my 225 epson printer for a mear & they wernt genuine ,but still worked the printer ,even though the printer detected it. my new 245 does't seem to want to overide this? & wont except my old 225 ink. even though they are like for like? any help ?thanks.

I don’t know about other printer manufactures but I’ve got a Epson 405 and 605 all in ones and can’t believe how much the ink for them has gone up since I bought them a couple of years ago. I’ve seen the XL Daisy multi pack for as much as £90

Got no answer for you on the sourcing of your ink but what I did to cut my Epson ink buying by 90% was to buy a Samsung Mono Laser printer for £50 (internet connected version) and a 1,000 page yield toner cartridges cost less than £15 from Amazon.
