How to clean rubber (?) bathroom floor?

In the home I rent there's what I presume to be a rubber wet room floor and since the colder weather I'm finding it's getting mouldy patches on it which is rather gross. I have tried using antibac wipes but it didn't get it all off and quickly came back. I use the extractor fan and open the window to ventilate it after showering, it gets pretty cold in there generally. I was going to use some bleach but did a google search and it seems to advise against that but other than industrial machine cleaners I couldn't find anything about which product to use.

Anyone else have a similar floor, any ideas? I'm really worried about damaging it as the landlord may make me pay for it.

If you have a reasonable relationship with the landlord, it might be an idea to ask their advice. It could be a long standing problem that they have previously sorted and know the best approach.
