She's know what a warning letter is. I doubt a thick idiot like lee would know how to use online banking

22nd.

What was the point in that episode?? The play was ridiculous and the other bits were pointless!!! Better be better over xmas cause that was embarrassing.

Best episode in a long while. Phil, Jay and Billy the best parts.

That was a decent Christmas trailer. Teasing Phil on his deathbed and Max's return.

no poll to score this ep on but I give it a 3 - boring, crap ending as usual, there's always tomorrow

I totally disagree with you, I thought it was great. A good alternative to to the usual Nativity story.

A farce, worse than the usual farces.

I agree and the community spirit and laughs from the play broke up the seriousness of Phil's scenes. Linda and Lee were somewhere in between

I've recorded it, should I bother watching it?

Deepest apologies all for forgetting to start the thread as agreed.

Apologies especially to Dullag.Sorry 😞

Went on an important errand to the post office and then came home intent on starting thread after a quick catnap and then fell asleep, woke up and had completely forgotten.

I'm normally reliable but the buck stops with me!

Sorry folks and thanks to the kind soul who did an emergency thread.

I enjoyed tonight's episode. Nice bit of humour running alongside to some proper meaty drama. It's the formula Corrie has tried to do for the past few years but the difference is EastEnders was actually funny.

Make your own mind up by watching yourself

Not for me tonight. The Phil stuff is so repetative....Just die and put us all out of our misery. Then your merry widow can spend all your dosh in the Jan sales.

The odd bit of humour in the play but Derek and Carmel's whining more than cancelled it out.

I was watching this with my Mum and the play scenes were just hilarious. Mick going on about his lunch, Dona pissed and insulting the audience (she's fast becoming my fave character) and her puts down to the ghastly Carmel, Kush's stagedive/fall - just a total farce. I did feel for Patrick, he put all the effort in and I reckon he's upset about Denise and the baby too. Was a tad cringe with Martin singing "Our House" in the market and the random traders joining in.

Phil - I have a feeling he will be killed off. R+R is a red herring in my book, as I can see Ronnie growing a spine, jilting Jack and they ride off in the sunset to get Roxy clean and her life back again. Steve McFadden is the show's best actor by a mile, and I know Ben does have his reasons for not swallowing the bitter pill, but it shows that cirrosis has it's effects on all those around him. Good scenes with him and Billy and him and Jay.

myLee- just no. Afford what you can, and I echo that Whitney should be out there grafting to gain the high lifestyle they both crave. He has sunk new depths with the VR helmet next door, and wouldn't that have consequences with the neighbours as they can chase up the delivery? This is going to turn a whole new chapter in this storyline.

8/10 - Decent episode, and good build-up for Christmas.

The serious storylines broken up and contrasted by the fun and frivolity of martin the cratchit and then the play itself.

Patrick feel for him he just wanted to prove he is fine and still can after his stroke.

Phil, well it needed some light and shade to break up the seriousness of what he is sAying

We are starting a new thread for our each and every thought right? i

Edit.. that was merged superquick :
