I would never say I've experimented with women at all. I've had relationships with them, I've flirted with them, had sex with them, loved them. I've done the same with men.

As an asexual I have experimented with both
Bi-Romantic I guess then.

I'm Aromantic Asexual so wouldn't want to with either gender

They weren't relationships though. I had to at least try kissing people to figure out if I'd like it. Turns out not really

I'm interested by this particularly for those who consider themselves straight.

I fully believe that you can have same sex experiences and be straight or then decide that wasn't for you etc. It seems harder for the guys to admit to but I was quite surprised and had admiration for Tom Hardy when he admitted he had tried it in the past.
Not meaning to put a dampener on a light hearted thread but when I was a young boy sexually abused for years by an old man (my uncle), he'd often say "This doesn't make me gay or anything... ... ..."

As a raving heterosexual, I knew two sisters in my twenties.
I experimented with both of them too, but try as I might, begging, crying, pleading, I could never talk them into a threeway.

nope..... always was disgusted by it, which fed my homophobia back in the 70's.

now im older... erm...old... i still find the thought of it repulsive, but am not homophobic. live and let live, theres plenty of hetro acts that repulse me too, and a messy vag is repulsive too.

It is a nightmare scenario for any homosexual, to have a friend or somebody else we know, when they're (usually) drunk or otherwise not themselves to say "You know, I've always wondered what it's like to have sex with another man / woman"

I have been in that situation with other women on two occasions. One was close friend and one was a more casual acquaintance. On both occasions they were very drunk. On both occasions I rebuffed them gently, but very firmly. I think I saved them from themselves and they later thanked me for it.

But when they came on to me, had they been sober I would have been quite offended. I'm not a cheap pick up to be casually used to satisfy somebody's sexual curiosity. As they were drunk at the time though, that made it a little less offensive, but still nonetheless unwelcome. The stereotype of all homosexuals being highly promiscuous and eager to jump into any casual sexual relationship is actually quite false.

I do know of some who have succumbed to the temptation though, only to find that both parties regretted it in the morning. It's been known to destroy friendships, cause great hurt and even, where being unfaithful to a partner is concerned, break up long term relationships.

I can understand why some heterosexual people may feel curious about same gender sex. It can happen for any number of reasons. But please try to remember that gay men and lesbians are human beings too, you know, and anyone who thinks they can just rock up in a gay bar and get off with somebody for a laugh, or to see if they can get some sort of kick out of it is quite irresponsible.

I am not at all curious about hetero sex and even if I ever were, I like to think I would go about conducting myself with a bit more dignity.

Other than that, how can you find out if you're asexual? Asking for myself

A colleague who I got on very well with left and I missed her. We met up, had too much to drink and ended up in bed together. We really did love and miss each other, that was all. Her boyfriend took me home. Not sure if he knew what had happened.

And it is not something that I would ever contemplate either.

No but I have thought about it. I don't think I will actively seek out a woman to play with though.
This is also my answer to the question - I haven't, but I have considered it on occasion.
