Why? You can have that view if you wish. It's just strange that one bodily substance should be worse than some other bodily substance. Sex is messy with many juices and fluids involved.
Just for factual reference, if cleaned first, there should be no poo involved to push anywhere. And it still comes out just the same when needed.
But still, you have identified that it's not for you and that shouldn't be any problem to anyone.

I think it's just ignorance of how the body works. Many people seem to think that poo just builds up right behind the exit port and anything inserted there will get covered in it. That is not how the body works!
