Honeywell bathroom heater QH 803E
I have been trying to obtain replacement infra red elements for this fire but I cannot find anywhere that stocks them. Honeywell themselves don't want to know and referred me to another company who say that no spares are available. The fire is only three years old and it seems to me quite ridiculous that no elements are available. Until recently Argos were selling this heater and other retailers have still got it on sale. Can anyone help?

On Amazon there is a Q/A at the bottom with details of how to get replacement elements.

I have been in touch with Alan Vincent, he had the elements made in China, they are now all sold and the minimum order from China is fifty units. Daft, isn't it ! |
