Do minimum wage jobs always include minimum everything else?

Such as minimum holidays, minimum working conditions basically everything kept to the legal minimum?

Or is it possible to have a minimum wage job with say good working conditions, decent holiday allowance etc?

No they don't...it's quite possible in certain minimum wage jobs (sales in particular) to earn extra through a bonus scheme, and quite possible to get more than the legal minimum holiday allowance...quite often each year you work at company they add an extra day to your holiday allowance up to a certain point.

Not necessarily but quite often IME. Although I'm lucky now company took over my contract is very generous with praise and supporting me at work, nothing seems too much trouble for them to make sure I'm happy. Such a change from the nasty bullies I used to work for.

That's always been my experience in these jobs, bullies and being treated like scum of the earth.

Sure it's possible, you usually have to be the company Director though.
