I'm surprised Comrade Corbyn sat in front of a Christmas tree. Does he know how offensive that is?!?!

Unless of course it was an inclusive Winterval tree, ethically sourced, free range, dirvisty trained and fully supportive of all 796 genders.

Did he also mention anything about sorting out the "fake homeless". ? Those who pretend they have no home to go, and beg on the street often being aggressive with the public. I recall this issue mentioned on the news a month or or two ago. Maybe he only stuck to the "good" stuff that will make him look good.
I don't know, I've only heard a snippet on the news. But you should write his next speech just so he includes every point you want mentioning.

I agree.

From being someone who initially thought Jeremy Corbyn was no more than a figure of fun, my respect for the guy has actually grown and grown over the last 18 or so months since he was elected leader.

He also handled that recent confrontation with Peter Tatchell, immaculately.
It is great to read this post.

Please, everyone who mocks Corbyn ... do not listen to the media. Take some time to listen to the guy - he could really turn this country around.

I was struck this morning about how much May's Christmas message was like the Queen's ... but May seemed a lot more fake, like she did not really believe a word she was saying.

Thanks

I did notice that May was wearing a pearl (or whatever) necklace, same as the Queen always does when she makes her speech.

I had to Google becuse I had forgotten that story https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/165962...-on-the-floor/

By serendipitous co-incidence, I found this delightful story on the same page "Fat people told not to sit on train seats to save space"
...

If I did it certainly wouldn't be pages and pages long! To much pedantic detail and not enough substance is a politicians style.

I'm really not, he's a tree hugging idiot who counts terrorists as his friends and has less chance of becoming Prime Minister than I do.
