Experienced repeated reboots from a Home Hub 5 here too (type A). Thought it was something to do with our connection.
Decided to replace it with a TP Link router and never had a problem since. Problem is, if and when I have to ring helpline, Hub 5 will be required but not fit to use for troubleshooting. |

[quote=aurichie;84987458]OpenRG log errors are an indication that there is a line fault. The Indian call centre guy will have run some line checks that will have confirmed there is an issue that requires further investigation from an engineer.
My IP Profile has been reduced from 52 mbps to 39mbps seems to be more stable but now not getting the infinity speed I am paying for.

![]() The good news is that provided your router holds together and isn't powered off it will likely recover to the original sync speed. |

52mbps is only 52 milli-bits per second (thousandths of a bit) so yes *very* slow. I assume the OP means 52Mbps?
