It's a little confusing on the ownership of that house as there were spoilers saying that Lynsey was going to buy it when Joe kicked her out, but that never happened on screen.
Tom should still own Grace's house as nothing was ever mentioned about a change of ownership, Trevor (therefore Grace) owns the flower shop, even though it was meant to be turned into a fish shop by Trevor ages ago.
Grace owns the McQueen house.
The Loveday's flat and the now old Savage/Cunningham flat have switched places and the Loveday bedrooms are in the old Savage/Cunningham flat, no wonder they had little room. The Blake house (which is owned by Maxine) kitchen windows are the ones that are shown to be facing out front over the shop, meaning the bedroom windows would be sharing a wall with the club. The Lomax's bought their house with £5k, even though that was just meant to be a instalment, it was never mentioned again.
Ste owns Dirk's Emporium, Dirk owns the Burger Boat, Esther stole money for the Bean, Nancy is teaching without a teaching degree, Nancy stole Charlie's inheritance by selling Becca's flat to Patrick and giving the money to charity just to spite Darren who claimed Seamus' winning betting slip to buy back the Dog (even though Cheryl didn't want it and didn't care). James owns a shed and kept all his storage there until he 'sold' it to Alfie who set up home with Jade, but somehow it gets emptied out whenever Cameron wants to kidnap someone.
