I thought the scene of her talking to Liam as Kirk looked on was very poignant and well acted by Samia Longchambon. The actress gets a rough ride on here but I thought she did very well last night.

No, I think Kate Oates has just given her time off to spend with her kids. She's still going to be making appearances occasionally.

For such a young child, Liam was extremely good. I don't like the character of Maria, she is completely without morals and puts her own needs before her son's. Kirk is one of my favourites in the show, he is so natural; not too clever, but a good person.

Longchambon - now that's a surname you don't hear everyday .

Ghadie is her maiden name.

Scenes with kids like this are bad because the kids cannot act or show any emotion. Liam is a dreadful actor, but then so is Maria. I cringed at this scene.
