Why don't they make a Christmas Breakfast Cereal?
So its Christmas Day and I'm up late, and I'm pondering about what to have for Breakfast.
So I look in the cupboards, but all I see are boring cornflakes and shredded wheat, I want to eat something more exciting new the big day! Looked in the supermarkets and while everything else is christmas-themed they're still selling the same stuff they sell all year round. Why has no one come up with this idea yet? |

I doubt if there'd be much of a market for it. No one thinks "I must get some special cereal for Christmas morning!" , do they?
Why don't you crumble a mince pie up into your cornflakes? What would Christmas cereal even have in it? |

Crushed up Mince Meat perhaps, would go nice with some warm milk?

I don't think they would. No one wants cereal for breakfast on Christmas morning, they want something special, salmon, champagne, scrambled eggs.
![]() ![]() ![]() I am so envious right now! Not sure I have champagne but I could definitely do the other two and improvise with the champagne. Is there such a thing as a Christmas Breakfast anyway? BTW, I actually ended up having cherry wheat pillows, shredded wheat, musili, granola, a chopped banana and some warm milk. Pretty good combo but the problem is I now might not have any room for much lunch or my Christmas Dinner.

I don't have that cos I hate salmon though, I had lasagna and a bacon roll. Well that was silly, wasn't it?

I dont know why people have breakfast on xmas day anyway, although if you're eating in the evening I can understand it.

Still haven't had lunch yet, don't know what to have. Might have salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast tomorrow with a slice of toast, though haven't a clue how you'd go about smoking the salmon as I don't know much about cooking...
