Which soap has the most and least deaths?

I am new to soaps. I have watched EE for two years and Corrie and Emmerdale for one but all the rest I have watched regularly less than 6 months.

Hollyoaks seems to have the most deaths with Joe, Nico and Celine all being killed by Cameron in a short space of time - but the other soaps have had serial killers haven't they?

Corrie doesn't seem to have many deaths. I have only seem Kylie and Micheal killed.

Home and Away strangely has had no deaths I can remember.

(BTW I mean regular character deaths, not like when patients die in Casualty)

Also they can be from any soap - it is very likely that I watch it because I watch 10.

Hollyoaks has had 110 deaths in it's history with 65 of them being since 2010.

Is Hollyoaks total 36 or 53?

In the past 5 years -

Hollyoaks - 36 Regular Characters - 17 Recurring/Guest (TOTAL 53)
Emmerdale - 18 Regular Characters - 10 Recurring/Guest (TOTAL 28)
EastEnders - 15 Regular Chharacters - 7 Recurring/Guest (TOTAL 22)
Corrie - 12 Regular Characters - 5 Recurring/Guest (TOTAL 17)
Nieghbours - 6 Regular Characters - 5 Recurring/Guests (TOTAL 11)

Sorry about Table - looked better in my reply Box

Figures are based on Wikipedia numbers - recurring includes reucurring characters brougt back to die (ie Peggy), Characters who died off scree following death of actor (ie Deirdre) and former regulars who died of screen (same goes for gues/recurring characters.

As for least deaths that's still ongoing it would be Neighbours:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...ghbours#Deaths

Home and Away has had more deaths than Neighbours:

I like how Hollyoaks is twice as much as Emmerdale. Also, Neighbours is a bit pathetic isn't it? Lol. What about other soaps like River City or do you not have it for them? Thanks though, very interesting

I answer to serial Killer Question -

EE had Lucas Jonsons (Denises ex)
Corrie had Richard Hillman (Gail's hubby) and John Stape (Fiz's ex)
Emmerdale had Cameron (Debbie's ex)
Home and Away had Zoe McAllister
Can't remember one in Nieghbours

and Hollyoaks had - Toby Longworth, Silas Blissett, Lindsay Butterfield, Nico Blake and Cameron

As for serial killers in Neighbours technically (although two people haven't been found) Robert Robinson he killed three people in one go when he put a bomb on the plane:

- David
- Liljana (not found)
- Serena (not found)

How did he kill them?

I mean like, Cameron Campbell killed Nico in a fire, thinking that she was bad for his daughter.
