Now that Michelle is finally back where she belongs her two children need to return. It would be so amazing to see the Fowlers rebuilt.

Why does that Vicki need to return? I understand Mark Jr to finish of the storyline but why her other kid?

They'd have to break Spencer and Vicki up or include Spencer too. I think it would be nice to see more Fowler/Beale members.

I think we need to see Michelle settle back in Walford first, build up her connections again to Sharon, Martin and Ian (even more important considering its a recast) but in about 6-8 months then yes to Mark and Vicki. Seeing Michelle as a mum will be great to see and I suspect that Jenna Russell won't be going anywhere for at least a couple of years so seeing them at some point is almost guaranteed.

Vicky is probably a Moon now with kids of her own...she's in her 30s. Maybe Michelle can be 'gran' to Martin's three.

Yes, Vicky turned 30 in May. Why do people expect her to just give up her life with Spencer (as unlikely as that pairing is, not to mention their running a bar together in Oz) and come back to Walford to live with her mother?

Michelle doesn't really need them at this moment in time. She already has family on the show in the form of Martin, Ian and Bex, and Kathy and Sharon are as good as. That's plenty for her to be getting on with. Let her reconnect with them first.
