Nope we've all been quite good this year I did everyone's favourite lunch rather than huge roast so vegetarian shepherds pie and beef cannoli was on the menu with jelly and icecream for pud. We felt so much happier after that than we do when we stuff ourselves silly.

I've had to have a power nap both last night (buffet) & tonight because of the massive turkey dinner, chocolate and various alcoholic beverages. So, yes I'm a gluten. 😁

Felt a bit full for about an hour after Christmas Dinner, then hungry again. But restricted myself to apples and blueberries, as I don't want to put on unnecessary weight.
Still hungry now. Might have a slice of toast before I go to bed. |

I felt really sick at 6pm but took a couple of indigestion tablets and had a couple of hours kip and felt okay when I woke up, just in time for Corrie.

I'm grand. Im still eating clean so Xmas dinner was minus anything pork related, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, basically I had a slice of turkey and some veg, I have turkey every other day anyway so Christmas dinner wasn't anything special. I did have a few Roses after though.

I'm not as full as I would like to be, I think I could eat a lot more but my belly says no
I'll have to make up for it whilst I lay in bed all day tomorrow watching a Harry Potter marathon.

I've actually got stomach pains through hunger as all I had today was a bowl of soup at 1.00 and some cold chicken salad at about 7.00 with a glass of wine. Need to break open a bag of crisps.

I never stuff myself over Christmas like so many people do - just have what I fancy.
What's the point of making yourself ill just because 'it's Christmas'? It's not compulsory is it? |

I'm okay (for a change) but then I have terrible bouts of IBS so I have to tread very cautiously and not overeat even the stuff I can have.
Starving, though

I never do. I always have a very small plate as I've been smelling the food all day so once it's time to serve up I can't eat too much. I have a decent plate on Boxing Day though.

God, yes. And there's so much wind in this house, I'm surprised the met office hasn't given it a storm name. We could have our own personal wind farm.
Bloody lovely dinner though. And Mr Lakie also managed a cold turkey sandwich, pickled onions and several chocolates this evening, the fat piglet. |

I actually had a very modest dinner and no dessert so was feeling pretty Good. Then I opened the pickled onions and cheese selection before bed. Now I'm expelling gas from both ends.

i have been "**lightly" grazing - mostly on the field of roses - so i`m famished now.
i think there`s a box of after eights for breakfast, else it will have to be actual food. **that`s eating all the coffee creams before working my way through what i could grab in strawberry and orange creams before the children approached the tub. |
