Been listening to his music all day. Such an exceptional talent. The Older album in particular is a masterpiece from start to finish.

Should just point out, for those of you slamming the boyfriend, he only said to the newspapers that George died alone peacefully in bed. It was a DIFFERENT source in the same article that shifted blame to heroin, not the boyfriend:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016...secret-heroin/

But yes, whoever that source is just awful for speculating and calling "heroin" with no proof of such.
Indeed. The boyfriend has not grassed on him.He has only confirmed he found him dead in bed.

What a sad day for him and George's nearest and dearest. Xmas day will forever be sad for them and for me....Especially for his Xmas song

Just watching the BBC news and they are reporting his partner has confirmed that George was all alone when he died.

Depends on how close a boyfriend really maybe a more casual (in a nice not one night stands tense) rather than intense relationship or maybe just normal not to be together every night , it is also said he was becoming very close to his ex of late ( which was reported back in November)

I haven't liked the media coverage about his personal life. I would rather the media had written about the wonderful musical legacy and all the good things he did helping charities etc. Any George Michael fan will already know details about his personal life and don't need to see the media dishing up sordid details. Its disrespectful after he has died.

BBC 4 has changed their scheduling tonight and will be showing a night of programmes dedicated to George Michael.

Little bit of breaking news : Police say a post-mortem examination into the cause of George Michael's death is "inconclusive and further tests will now be carried out".

Does this mean that it will be more than likely to be caused by drugs or something related?

Everyone dies from heart failure. What matters is the cause of that heart failure.

In some cases it is due solely to failure of the heart; in other cases it is due to failure of other organs that lead to the heart being unable to do its job.

Totally agree.
No interest whatsoever in his private life, music legacy speaks for itself.

I've seen a photo purporting to be him on his death bed. It's disgusting the lengths the media will go to.

Not really. We need to know he wasn't poisoned.

Fadi, GM's patner, posted on his twitter earlier today that George 'only wanted to die' and had tried to commit suicide several times, but this time 'managed it'. The tweets have since been deleted but there's been no comment about hacking from reps.

How awful if this is true. GM lost 20% of his lung capacity following his pneumonia and would never be able to hold those high notes again. He even had trouble walking uphill and swimming lengths.

We do not need to know anything.
So you don't want to know if he was murdered.

He died of food poisoning.

If he died of a substance abuse.

Of an ailing heart condition.

Or he committed suicide.

All irrelevant to you.
