Any year, actually, as I know myself that it's so painful.”
I lost my dear sweet mum at the end of October

it was a blessing for her in the end as her health and quality of life would have been non existent after her latest illness.
She was 91 and we feel very fortunate she lived as long as she did after suffering a severe stroke aged 58. Miss her dreadfully but the pain of watching her suffering daily had she survived would have been far worse.
We live in a very small community and the number of residents who have passed away this year has been unprecedented - just like the amount of famous people in 2016.
I can't even begin to imagine the pain two of my friends must be suffering

. One of them, her son committed suicide and she then lost her hubby aged 55 from cancer.
The other, lost her son (32) and her husband (59) in a boating accident and a few weeks ago her dad died of cancer. Life can be so cruel
