Ipod 5th gen issue..
Hi all, my son got an ipod 5th gen for xmas but it is not seeing my wifi network, the signal is strong and it can see my neighbour but not my own network. It works fine at his mothers house. I have been into my routers settings and cannot see anything that may exclude certain devices from seeing the wifi.
Any ideas? |

The iPod can use pretty much any wireless network: 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi (802.11n 2.4GHz and 5GHz)
What wifi router do you have? You could try erasing the iPod and setting it up again from scratch. |

I have an EE BrightBox. I have restarted both the router and the ipod and even messed with the wifi channel/security but it still cannot see my wifi, it is VERY frustrating. I really do not want to do a factory reset of the ipod. Stupid Apple rubbish.
