Possibly you are on the latest.

Here is a list of the latest:
https://support.youview.com/youview-...tware-versions

For the DN372T and DN360T models the latest version is nearer the beginning of its roll out rather than the end.

What are you referring to by 'the new software'?
Which model do you have?
Which software does yours currently have?

MIne hasn't updated yet either. From what I can gather, it might be anything up to another month in my case. TalkTalk boxes are being updated first, then BT boxes and, finally, retail boxes. I am a TalkTalk subscriber, but I use a BT-branded Humax box. I keep my fingers crossed for an early update because TalkTalk did issue a number of Humax boxes before switching to Huawei. No joy yet, however, so I expect mine will be updated with the other retail boxes.

I would say that updating of any box or TV would not go ahead over the two weeks of Christmas as there is a hold on any changes ... it used to be all of December but in the last five years or more they have come to allow changes at the two weeks start of December ....

So look out in the coming weeks for any changes that have been on hold.
