I seem to remember Farage blaming them for traffic jams. Are they still clogging up the M4? -What about speaking a foreign language on trains or Romanian neighbours - has he still got a problem with these?

Then there's the recent criticism of the Archbishop of Canterbury - who's Farage going to attack next?”

Anything that keeps him in the headlines and makes him money.

I thought you might have gathered that I was commenting on your rather daft generalisation about "the left".

Too true.
I forgot to mention Carswell ( the only UKIP MP) He's had a go at him too.
There's something wrong with Farage. He misunderstands people then insults them. He can't grasp situations, either.

You are spouting ignorant guff .
Malicious in the extreme I may say as well.
Jo Cox was murdered by a lone deranged individual who was found to have collected Nazi memorabilia which may or may not have something to do with his actions that day.
Nothing whatever to do with anyone in UKIP or any other political party.
To single out and name someone else in regard to this murder is libel and there are laws in this country concerning libel . Take more care and don't be so foolish.

Members of UKIP disowned the Farage poster campaign, Farage has spent years stoking up fear with lies about immigration. On the day of Jo Cox's murder he gleefully said he had 6 more similar posters. He set out to make certain people in this country angry, the killer of Jo Cox was one of them.

Arron Banks has admitted their strategy was immigration, immigration, immigration rather than the economy.

It was Farage who falsely claimed HIV sufferers were health tourists, falsely that classes in North London had no pupils that could speak English. He said hearing people on a train not speaking English made him feel awkward/uneasy. When asked why he would not want to live next door to a Romanian said, "you know why".

Farage is a hate monger, a shite stirrer and that's just within UKIP.

None of this would make him guilty of the ugly violent wicked murder by this twisted loony. He has along with everyone said how tragic it was for a young mother to lose her life like this.
He is far from alone in highlighting the dangers of unlimited immigration ,of the mistake Merkel made by inviting all and sundry into her country with no checks whatsoever.
As for health tourists with HIV coming into this country having paid no contributions and receiving expensive treatment on our NHS ,this is a well known fact ask anyone who goes to these clinics how many foreigners are there. Our health service is owed millions and of course this has to be at the expense of those entitled to use the health service who are denied the drugs they should be entitled to.We cannot afford to be a world health service. Nigel says his ,the majority of people say this . What about you? Happy to queue up behind a health tourists?

Feeling uncomfortable on a train surrounded by people talking loudly on their phones in a foreign language you do not understand. Someone on your right ,someone to your left, and groups of others elsewhere in the carriage. I get this all the time where I live and these people are not tourists which is a different thing as you would get in the West end.Everyone I know experiences this . You like it and welcome the diversity? Sure but that does not make you a better person .Please allow others their point of view.

Romanians? NF was speaking of the type of people sleeping rough in London's Park Lane and elsewhere defecating on pavements and filling the place with rubbish. My son used to have to walk passed this every day on his way to work.
Perhaps he was speaking of the Romanian gangs responsible for all the cash point fraud ,well documented ask the metropolitan police.
Perhaps about the gangs of pick pockets and shoplifters . My friend's daughter caught one in a local market, my friend has seen it first hand in the store where she works.
I also have had personal experience of language problems as a teacher which I will not go into.
This does not mean there are not decent Romanian people of course there are but those referred to are not and are not welcome in their own country. In fact they are glad to see them go.

Mass immigration on the scale we have seen over recent years is unsustainable ,for all the reasons common sense dictates. Overcrowded schools, public transport, road space not to mention loss of green spaces, our grandchildren's quality of life will be sadly much poorer than previous generations . and it may already be too late.

This is not a fact, it's a myth. Read more here:

We'll have you spoken to anyone who has seen this first hand?
In any case health tourism is a problem for our health service and we cannot afford it. If we could it might not be a problem but we simply can't afford to be a world health service.
No other country I can think of allows this. Why is this do you think?

I'm sure it's a problem, but there is no need to bring an emotive issue like HIV/AIDS into it when that is not a typical example of health tourism.

Is it emotive because most often it is a disease which in many instances could have been avoided by changing lifestyle.
There is no need for it to be treated as a tragedy and in need of special consideration as opposed to perhaps say Parkinsons or MS.or even Cancer. A pity as much money cannot be found to fund these .

What is a typical example of health tourism? Giving birth to babies which is an expensive business if you have to pay as in America.

So we have no foreign nationals taking advantage of the NHS to fund their HIV treatment so sorry. I must stand corrected.

A typical experience of health tourism?

How about the British migrants resident abroad? Say in Spain, France or Italy, and who come back here for treatment of their illnesses?

They are, after all, counted in the figures.

Surely you mean by avoiding unprotected sex? It's an emotive subject because there is still stigma attached to it.

Could well be, I don't know.

"Experts say there is no evidence to support Nigel Farage’s claim that foreigners come to Britain primarily to access life-saving HIV treatment ... A House of Commons report on HIV in 2005 found that HIV-positive migrants tended not to turn to the NHS until the disease was well advanced, usually years after they entered the UK. This, it said “would not be the expected behaviour of a cynical ‘health tourist’ who had come to the country solely to access free services”."

Well if the reciprocal arrangements were honoured by other EU countries and treatment was freely given as here they would not have to, but it is not. If said ex pat were elderly and had paid into the NHS all their working life then they have more entitlement than someone who has never contributed anything.

If you believe the above you would believe anything.

Where is the stigma in avoiding unprotected sex? Never mind about stigmas behave responsibly .

The Killer of Jo Cox was tried as an act of terrorism not as being insane. Farage knowingly stirred up hatred, he may as well handed the killer the weapons.

“As for health tourists with HIV ....”

Let's stick to the facts....Farage lied...the NHS report refers to place of birth not nationality....but you and Farage are eager to jump to false conclusions. According to you and Farage Boris Johnson & Farage's wife are 'health tourists' because they were born abroad.

Quote:
“Feeling uncomfortable on a train surrounded by people talking loudly on their phones in a foreign language you do not understand.”

Farage said talking to each other not shouting, the train he was on carries tourists in and out of London...they may have been saying how great London was. But you and Farage have to automatically think the worse of people. Farage has been an MEP for almost 20 years, I haven't noticed him speak Belguim, French or German in Brussels.

Romanians? Farage was asked why he would not live next to a Romanian, to which he replied 'you know why'....no type of Romanian was specified.

As for languages in schools Farage again lied by falsely concluding someone whose first language is not English can't speak English, which makes me think he must feel awkward talking to his German born wife, whose 1st language is German.

I have a relative where by the time she went to primary school English was her third language, it meant she was fluent in 3 languages, not that she could not speak English.

You're missing the point, deliberately or otherwise.

Those migrants may choose to come back to the UK for treatment, either because they trust the NHS or they don't speak the "local lingo".

And whether they paid into the NHS is irrelevant. They are still counted as "health tourists" if they no longer have a UK address.

This post misses the points I make entirely and skews said points to fit your agenda.
