OK, so the Queen may be Brexiter. Does it really matter in 2016? Should we really take notice of what her or Prince Charles think on Brexit or gardening?

Only according to the known liar Tory Kuennesberg who claims to have been told by a "secret source" who is known to be the backstabbing Brexiter Michael Gove.

Exactly - Kuennesberg's own words:

“In a casual chat with one of my contacts, they said: Do you know what? At some point this is going to come out, and I’m telling you now and I don’t know if the BBC would touch it, but the Queen told people at a private lunch that she thinks that we should leave the EU. Apparently at this lunch she said ‘I don’t see why we can’t just get out. What’s the problem?’ My jaw hit the floor. Very sadly, I only had one source. I spent the next few days trying to prove it. I couldn’t find the evidence. Lo and behold, a couple of months later, someone else did. Of course then ensued a huge row between that newspaper and the Palace over what had really been said or not said.”

'Known Tory liar?' That's a bit unfair.

Given on the referendum results coverage she looked like she'd just been told her favourite childhood pet had died when the leave victory looked ever more certain I would suggest Laura is probably less than pro Brexit.

So she had no reason to leak this story from a personal perspective just a journalistic one.

We all know the Queen loves the Commonwealth - she is head of state of 10 Commonwealth states bar the UK. So it's probably not too much to suggest she is probably a bigger fan of that institution than the EU.

She didn't have a vote anyway and her views should rightly be kept private - and Laura should have rexpected that tradition.

The only loyalty amongst the media hacks these days is to themselves and their soaring egos

Tory liar as is she was upset her Cameron lost.
She knew that all her bum-chumming with him he would be forced out and she'd need to start her sucking up with another Tory leader.

I'm think it's 100% obvious the German Queen with the Greek hubby & numerous European family connections would want to stay in the EU.

Obviously I don't know that, but no-one knows either way.

What percent German is our Queen? Prince Philip has zero Greek blood in him, I know that much.
